Ladder, part of The Unseen Group | Hybrid
Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn't. At Ladder, we help capable young people get the networks, knowledge and experience that lead to great first jobs.
We're looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented early careers professional to join our Campaigns team as a Senior Associate on one of our leading enterprise accounts. You'll run the advanced stages of a global graduate hiring process, from virtual case study interviews to in-person and virtual assessment centres. You'll own logistics, delivery and scoring, and you'll work directly with the client to keep quality high.
The Campaigns Team
Our Campaigns team delivers recruitment campaigns, attraction strategies and employer engagement projects for organisations looking to build exceptional early careers programmes.
Working across graduate, internship and apprenticeship hiring, the team partners with clients to design attraction strategies, deliver recruitment campaigns and create outstanding candidate experiences that lead to successful hiring outcomes.
Our work combines recruitment delivery, project coordination, candidate and participant engagement, and stakeholder management – all with a strong focus on creating exceptional experiences for the people we work with and for our clients.
The Senior Associate Role
As a Senior Associate, you'll be right at the heart of our Campaigns team. You'll lead projects, work directly with clients and take real ownership of recruitment campaigns and early careers initiatives.
In this role, you’ll work on one of our enterprise accounts, running the complex later stages of a professional services hiring process and working closely with that client to deliver success for their graduate recruitment campaign globally.
You’ll work closely with Project Leads to help deliver high-quality outcomes for candidates and clients, ensuring projects run smoothly and candidates receive an exceptional experience throughout the process. You’ll have direct client exposure and project manage small teams of 1-4 Associates where needed to help deliver results at scale.
This is a fast-paced and collaborative role that combines:
- RPO Recruitment Delivery
- Project Management
- Leadership
- Client and stakeholder communication
You’ll be given responsibility from the start, while receiving training and support to develop your skills and grow within the business.

- Experience working with young people, ideally in graduate or early careers recruitment
- Confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to produce client-ready materials
- Strong project management, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team

- Competitive salary and performance-based bonus
- 40 days of holiday, including bank holidays and Christmas office closure
- Hybrid working, with home working on Wednesdays and flexible hours
- Flexible benefits, MediCash health discounts and Legal & General life insurance
