The Advisory team
Our Advisory team works with clients across early careers strategy, social impact and social mobility, talent and community engagement. We help organisations understand their talent challenges, develop practical approaches and put them into practice. Our work combines research, analysis, strategic thinking, project delivery and client collaboration. Projects may involve exploring a specific challenge, developing recommendations, creating practical resources and frameworks, gathering insight or supporting wider talent strategies. We work with organisations across financial services, luxury retail, travel and hospitality, mining, energy and the public sector. We also collaborate closely with our Campaigns team, who deliver recruitment and participant engagement for our clients.
The role
As an Associate, you will help build the foundations of advisory delivery, contributing to a range of projects alongside Consultants and Senior Consultants. You will be given responsibility from the start, while developing your confidence and judgement with support and feedback. The role combines:
- Research and analysis
- Project coordination and administration
- Client and stakeholder communication
Key responsibilities
- Support consulting projects across early careers, social impact, social mobility, talent and inclusion
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, data collection, analysis and interpretation
- Turn information into clear and engaging project materials, including presentations, decks and reports
- Contribute to the delivery of multiple projects while working to tight deadlines
- Participate in client meetings and support communication across selected projects
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Advisory and Campaigns
- Share information, support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, which may include consulting, research, strategy, talent, social impact or project delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with care taken over quality and accuracy
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- An interest in early careers, social mobility, talent strategy or the factors that affect access to professional opportunities
- The confidence to work independently and collaboratively, while knowing when to ask for direction
- A thoughtful and professional approach to working with colleagues, clients and stakeholders
- A willingness to learn, adapt and work through ambiguity in a growing team

Compensation and benefits
- Competitive salary, depending on experience
- 40 days’ total holiday, including 25 days of flexible holiday, bank holidays and a two-week office closure over Christmas
- Hybrid working, with home working on Wednesdays and additional flexibility as needed
- Flexitime working hours, with flexible start and finish times
