This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Designer. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for translating complex features and benefits into compelling, high-converting designs. You will collaborate seamlessly with our strategy and creative teams, consistently delivering pixel-perfect work in a fast-paced, high-performance agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver high-performing paid media assets, landing pages, and email newsletters.
- Ensure accuracy to brand guidelines and foundational design principles across all client touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the Strategy team to deeply understand campaign objectives, audience insights, and project requirements.
- Work with copywriters to ensure visual and written content are perfectly aligned and tell a cohesive brand story.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating the ability to work at a fast pace without compromising on quality or attention to detail.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements, using spare working hours to continuously develop your craft.
Experience and Attributes:
Your Experience:
- Agency Experience: Proven experience working in a fast-paced digital agency environment in a mid-weight or senior design role.
- B2B & SaaS Expertise: Clear understanding of how to visually communicate complex value propositions to professional audiences.
- Paid Media: Designing for social campaigns, with a strong grasp of platform best practices, ad formats, and design constraints.
- Landing Page/Web Design: Strong experience in landing page design, with an understanding of UX best practices and conversion-focused design.

- Software Expertise: Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Performance-Driven Design: The ability to apply critical and lateral thinking to your work, utilising a clear understanding of your target audience and conversion metrics to create visuals that perform.
- Meticulous Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for layout, typography, alignment, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Workflow Tools: Familiarity with Project Management software (such as ClickUp) and hands-on experience utilising AI tools to enhance the design workflow.
