The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Chinese-speaking Digital Designer with strong graphic design skills and deep cultural insight into Chinese markets. You’ll design social media content, display ads, website banners, email marketing visuals, and landing pages — plus help guide creative strategy for Chinese audiences on platforms like WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create high-quality visual assets for campaigns across digital channels — social media, email, display, and web.
  • Apply native-level understanding of Chinese marketing, social platforms, and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to ensure creative aligns with brand identity and business goals.
  • Adapt designs to different tones and audiences — from bold and playful to sleek and corporate.
  • Keep up to date with digital design trends, AI design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
  • Present work directly to clients, explaining design rationale and creative direction.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, or Creative Designer in a marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media graphics, advertising creatives, and digital campaign assets.
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, and audience segmentation.
  • Familiarity with Chinese digital marketing channels (WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin).
  • HTML/CSS or motion graphics experience.
  • Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
  • Excellent communication skills with native or fluent Mandarin Chinese and strong English proficiency.
