Directors hold senior client and investor relationships, originate mandates, and own the strategic direction of placement processes. The role combines origination with senior execution oversight. The role carries direct P&L contribution and mentoring responsibility for Vice Presidents and Associates. The firm operates without a traditional MD-rainmaker bottleneck. Directors are empowered to build their own franchise within the firm's broader infrastructure, brand, and investor network.
