Associates own workstreams within live placement engagements — investor outreach, diligence coordination, materials preparation, and structuring input — and are accountable for execution under the supervision of senior practitioners. Associates work across private equity, credit, real estate, infrastructure, and venture mandates. The role demands fluency across asset classes, the ability to manage multiple processes in parallel, and direct contact with allocators, family offices, and institutional investors. Travel across the firm's offices and to investor meetings is expected.
