The firm is recruiting an Associate to its Real Estate & Asset Banking practice. Associates own workstreams across live real estate transactions — underwriting, financing structuring, diligence coordination, and direct counterparty contact under senior supervision. The role spans acquisition advisory, financing arrangement, ownership structure design, and ongoing portfolio coordination. Cross-border transactions are the norm; the practice operates across the major property markets in which the firm has presence.

Suited to candidates with prior real estate investment banking, principal investing, or debt arrangement experience.

Requirements
  • 3–6 years' relevant experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, or principal investor
  • Demonstrated workstream ownership on live transactions or mandates
  • Strong technical foundation in the relevant practice area
  • Cross-border execution experience preferred
  • Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
