The firm is recruiting an Associate to its Co-Investment & Syndication practice. The role supports origination and execution of direct co-investment opportunities across the firm's principal network β€” including transaction review, diligence support, structuring analysis, and investor coordination. Co-investment is a distinct discipline within the firm. The practice originates and syndicates direct opportunities β€” often alongside lead sponsors β€” into the firm's network of family offices, principal investors, and institutional allocators. The role offers exposure to a high volume of private-market opportunities across geographies and sectors.

Suited to candidates with prior private equity, credit, or principal investing experience.

  • Requirements:
  • 3–6 years' relevant experience at a leading advisory firm, investment bank, or principal investor
  • Demonstrated workstream ownership on live transactions or mandates
  • Strong technical foundation in the relevant practice area
  • Cross-border execution experience preferred
  • Right to work in the relevant jurisdiction
