Ladbrook Park Golf Club, a prestigious private members club established in 1908, is proud to be recognised as one of the leading golf clubs in the West Midlands. As we continue to enhance our food offering, we are looking to expand our catering team with the addition of talented and enthusiastic cooks. We are currently recruiting for either two part-time cooks or one full-time cook to support two key areas of our operation:
- On-course catering facility providing hot and cold refreshments to golfers
- Clubhouse kitchen working as part of our Food & Beverage team for day-to-day service and events
We are also open to discussing a franchise opportunity for an experienced operator to manage the on-course catering facility.
About the Role
You will play an important part in delivering high-quality food and service to our members and guests. This is a hands-on role requiring initiative, reliability, and a genuine passion for food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold food items
- Support the delivery of both daily catering and larger club events
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation
- Work independently where required, using your own initiative
About You
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a cooking role
- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety and food hygiene practices
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible and able to work weekends in line with business needs
- Due to our location, the ability to drive is desirable
