Overview
As a Video Editor for LADbible Originals, you will shape short- and mid-form editorial content for a youth audience. You’ll edit across social platforms, ensure brand and platform standards, and contribute to a fast-paced production cycle. You’ll collaborate with producers and editors to preserve LADbible’s voice and tone, while refining visuals through color, sound, and occasional motion work. This role offers meaningful impact in shaping popular youth content at scale.

Responsibilities
- Edit engaging social-first content for LADbible Originals across Factual, Entertainment and Sport with high creativity and speed
- Collaborate with producers, editors, and production teams to reflect LADbible’s voice and editorial tone
- Deliver edits to multiple platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Perform color correction, sound mixing, and mastering across edits
- Support animation or motion graphics tasks in After Effects
- Stay up to date with social and video trends and apply learnings to work
- Manage media and archiving; maintain clean project workflows and backups
- Take direction from Lead/Senior Editors and manage own projects and deadlines
- Guide and support junior editors in best practices and technical standards
- Maintain high standards across edits, ensuring content is on brand, on message, and on deadline
Key requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience in a production company, publisher, agency, or branded content team
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong skills in After Effects and Photoshop
- Confident in colour grading and sound mixing to social and broadcast standards
- Experience editing editorial content and branded partnerships is a plus
- Passion for youth culture, storytelling, and shareable social content
- Proven ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high creative standards
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
