Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content – spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.

About the Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we're looking to connect with talented social specialists at all levels - whether you're an emerging Editorial Researcher or an experienced social expert ready to run some of the biggest pages on the internet. Our Social Team are the beating heart of LADbible Group's daily output. Across LADbible, UNILAD, SPORTbible, Tyla, GAMINGbible and more, they deliver trending and breaking news to a global audience 24/7 - knowing what our community wants to hear, how they want to hear it, and when.

Our on the ground Social Editors proactively hunt down the latest stories, videos and viral moments ahead of other major brands, then package them to perform - crafting the captions, titles and thumbnails that drive millions of views. It's a blend of sharp editorial instinct and data-informed decision-making: monitoring insights, measuring what works, and constantly refining to reach wider audiences.

As a social expert, at any level, you’ll collaborate with editors and writers across the group, and have real influence over what a billion‑strong monthly audience sees. It's fast, reactive, and packed with opportunities to learn and progress. Some of our social roles work across a seven‑day rota, so you'll be right there covering live news moments as they break.

What we typically look for:

  • Experience in social media, with strong working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and X
  • An instinct for spotting stories a youth audience will love - and a passion for trending news and original storytelling
  • For our Junior to Senior level roles, experience packaging content for a digital audience: captions, titles, thumbnails and scheduling
  • Confidence using social analytics tools to measure performance and act on the results
  • A degree (or equivalent experience) in Journalism, Broadcast or Media
  • Knowledge of media law and ethics
  • Examples of social campaigns, posts or articles you've worked on that delivered audience growth

The bar we set:

  • Ownership - you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks
  • Pace - you move quickly, make decisions and learn from what happens next
  • Audience obsession - you instinctively think about what our community wants
  • Collaboration - you make teams better, share openly and leave ego at the door
  • Curiosity - you're always learning: new platforms, formats, trends and tools, specifically AI.

At LADbible Group we've rolled out blended working which means the majority of departments across the business (including London, Manchester and International offices) work in the office 4 days per week.

LADbible Group is an equal opportunities employer. We are determined to create a diverse group at all levels of our company and we welcome all members of the community to apply for openings with us. As the leading social youth publisher, we have a powerful global platform to better represent our audience and enable those that do not have equal opportunities to have their voices heard. As a business, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce, in an environment where everyone feels comfortable to be themselves.
