LADbible Group reaches more than 500 million people around the world and runs some of the most influential youth entertainment brands. We’re growing our programmatic revenue by building deeper partnerships with our SSP and demand partners and taking on a more ambitious roadmap for our ad stack. We’re now looking for a Programmatic Lead to help drive this.
The role involves owning LADbible Group’s programmatic performance and strategy, from SSP partnerships to the projects that shape our ad stack. You’ll report to the Head of Commercial Operations and manage a Senior Programmatic Executive. You’ll work closely with Ad Operations, Pricing & Yield, Programmatic Sales, Product, Dev, Finance and Legal, as well as our external partners. This is a chance to lead how one of the world’s largest social publishers earns money from its audience programmatically. You’ll have real ownership of partner relationships, the project roadmap and the revenue they bring in.
What you’ll do:
- Own senior relationships with SSP and demand partners such as Magnite, Index Exchange, Microsoft/Xandr and Google. You’ll run business reviews and set joint growth plans with them.
- Lead new commercial partnerships, curated deals and PMPs, and assess new SSPs and ad tech vendors.
- Run the programmatic project roadmap with Dev, Product and Ad Ops, covering wrapper upgrades, new formats, identity and privacy changes.
- Own open auction revenue across display and video, and oversee header bidding and the GAM set-up.
- Keep our stack fast, compliant and high quality, including ad quality, brand safety and supply path transparency.
- Be the voice of programmatic across the business, and coach and develop your Senior Programmatic Executive.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of programmatic experience at a premium publisher or SSP, ideally including time in a senior or lead role.
- Hands-on experience with GAM and Prebid or a managed wrapper.
- A strong understanding of auction dynamics, PMPs, curation, identity, privacy and supply path optimisation.
- Experience building senior partner relationships and influencing internal stakeholders.
- A track record of delivering cross-functional ad tech projects, with a data-driven approach.
You’ll be as comfortable running a business review with an SSP as you are digging into a Prebid configuration, and you’ll have a genuine passion for LADbible Group’s brands.
