We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Account Manager to join our team. You'll work with creators across LADbible Group's ecosystem, playing a key part in talent identification, relationship management and commercial collaborations. This is a role for someone who lives and breathes creator culture. You'll be the face of LADbible Group for the creators we work with — supporting long-term engagement, unlocking opportunities for original content, and making sure every creator's experience with us is smooth, positive and worth coming back for. You'll balance the creative with the operational: spotting the right talent and the right opportunities, then managing the detail that turns them into delivered content.
What You'll Be Doing
- Identifying and evaluating creators for partnership opportunities across a range of creator-led initiatives Group-wide
- Sourcing creator content to brief — managing the end-to-end workflow from outreach through negotiation, clearance, licensing and delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with creators, influencers and talent managers, acting as their key point of contact at LADbible Group
- Keeping regular communication flowing with creators to strengthen engagement and long-term retention
- Monitoring creator satisfaction and proactively spotting opportunities to improve and deepen relationships
- Coordinating with teams across the wider Group to identify and facilitate cross-group opportunities and strategic collaborations
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and talent tracking systems
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Proven experience working directly with creators, influencers and talent
- Exceptional relationship-building, interpersonal and communication skills
- Deep understanding of the digital creator ecosystem — across established social platforms and emerging ones
- Strong organisational, administrative and project management skills with high attention to detail
Desirable
- Experience within digital publishing, UGC licensing, talent management or creator agencies
- Practical understanding of IP, content licensing and media usage rights
- Familiarity with creator analytics tools and platform performance reporting
- An existing network of digital creators or established industry relationships
