About the Role: Working as an integral member of our award-winning Client Solutions team, this role is focussed on driving revenue growth across all solutions including branded content, display, influencer marketing, immersive camera marketing and sponsorships from key clients, ensuring retention and long-term partnership. The aim is to ensure that LADbible Group is a trusted tier 1 client and agency partner for business-critical clients.

This is a senior, dual-facing role sitting at the heart of our award-winning Client Solutions team. It has two equally weighted mandates:

  • Agency partnership – Omnicom: You will be our senior day-to-day partner across the Omnicom agencies (PHD, Hearts & Science, Initiative, UM). You will already have deep, trusted relationships and you will use them to build a robust, qualified pipeline of briefs, pitches and always-on business for LADbible Group.
  • Client-direct lead on a flagship growth client: You will simultaneously own the direct day-to-day relationship with one of our most important growth clients, acting as their senior partner and ensuring best-in-class planning, creativity and client management end-to-end.

What the opportunity looks like:

  • Omnicom agency relationships & pipeline: Act as the named senior lead for LADbible Group across Omnicom agencies, building visibility, trust and preference amongst partnership teams, planners, business directors, and client lead level. Build and actively manage a healthy, qualified pipeline of briefs and proactive opportunities. Ensure regular presence in the business and build opportunities such as showcases, immersions, workshops and social moments that keep LADbible Group top of mind across the network. Identify white-space clients within the agency portfolio’s and create a plan to unlock them.
  • Client-direct leadership on a flagship growth client: Own the senior client-direct relationship on a designated flagship growth account, becoming their trusted, go-to business partner. Alongside the Group Business Director, help set the strategic vision for the account and lead best-in-class planning, creative response and client management. Immerse yourself in the client's business, category and challenges to unlock smart, proactive ideas and proposals that go beyond the brief. Lead workshops, category and audience deep-dives, and standalone insight sessions that add tangible value to the client's business. Ensure world-class delivery, Post Campaign Analysis and account governance so revenue is retained and grown year on year.

Cross-functional leadership & commercial impact: Craft compelling proactive and reactive pitch responses that are smart, distinctive and perfectly matched to the client or agency brief. Hit and exceed personal revenue targets and KPIs across both your agency pipeline and your flagship client. Champion brilliant case studies and award entries that raise LADbible Group's profile. Represent LADbible Group at relevant conferences and industry events.

Skills and experience we'd like you to have:

  • Demonstrable track record of building and converting an agency pipeline into sustained revenue, ideally in a social, publisher, creator or creative partner environment.
  • Proven, current relationships across the Omnicom network.
  • Strong client-direct experience, owning the senior relationship and leading best-in-class planning, creative and account management.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in understanding a brief and developing the right, integrated proposal in response. You should be comfortable with full-funnel planning.
  • The ability to create clear and compelling pitch presentations.
  • The need for tenacity and provocative thinking.
  • Be adept in preparing and delivering exciting solutions to clients at all levels of seniority (including proven relationships).
