We\’re looking for a proactive and detail-obsessed Finance Manager to join our high-performing Finance team. This role offers a rare mix of strategic impact and hands-on responsibility, where you\’ll lead Finance Operations, influence financial decision-making, and help shape how a global finance function runs.
You’ll have ownership across:
- Management accounting & reporting
- Treasury and FX oversight
- Operational finance leadership
- Process improvement initiatives

What You’ll Be Doing: –
Management Accounting & Reporting
- Lead end-to-end monthly overhead reporting and provide smart, actionable insights.
- Own management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Contribute to planning, forecasting, and strategic financial discussions.
Process & Systems Excellence
- Identify pain points and lead on process improvement.
- Play a key role in implementing a new accounting system.
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance across operations.
Treasury & FX Management
- Own the group’s cash strategy and cash flow forecasting.
- Monitor FX exposure and help mitigate risks proactively.
Finance Operations Oversight
- Lead and support the AP/AR team to ensure smooth, accurate processing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows, reporting and communication.
What We\’re Looking For: –
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience managing finance operations (AP/AR) and strong knowledge of end-to-end processes.
- Solid background in management accounting and cost control.
- Proven skills in cash flow and FX risk management are a big plus.
- Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, and collaborative leader.
