We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our team in Stirling on a part-time or full-time basis.

Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 per annum (Based on a 7 x 6-hour shifts / per week)

Location: Stirling, Scotland. Flexible Working Patterns (Full-time and part-time)

The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care is varied and largely depends on the client you will be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our clients live happy, independent lives.

The clients you will be visiting every day have a wide range of care needs, personalities, and lifestyles. We are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, to provide our award‑winning care and enrich clients’ lives every day. You might be a care assistant already, may have cared for a family member or friend previously. Our experience within the Health & Social Care sector has shown us that previous experience simply is not necessary to become a fantastic carer. We will give you all the tools and training you require to excel at what you do. You will receive full training for this role and do not need to have experience. The training is also based on your discretion – if you feel like you need more training in a certain area for example medication this can be provided to you to ensure that we are providing a safe service.
