The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care is varied and largely depends on the client you will be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our clients live happy, independent lives. We are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, to provide the award-winning care we pride ourselves on to enrich clients’ lives every day.
You might already be a care assistant or have cared for a family member or friend. Previous experience is not required; we will provide full training and, if you need additional training (e.g., medication), we can arrange it.
