Care Assistant – What We Do: The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care is varied and largely depends on the client you will be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our clients live happy, independent lives.
Care Assistant – You: The clients you will be visiting every day have a wide range of care needs, personalities, and lifestyles. We are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, to provide the award-winning care we pride ourselves on to enrich clients' lives every day. You might be a care assistant already, may have cared for a family member or friend previously. Our experience within the Health & Social Care sector has shown us that previous experience simply is not necessary to become a fantastic carer. We will give you all the tools and training you require to excel at what you do. You will receive full training for this role and do not need to have experience; the training is also based on your discretion – if you feel like you need more training in a certain area, for example medication, this can be provided to you to ensure that we are providing a safe service.
We will be interested in speaking with people who are:
