Care Assistant – What We Do:The role of a Care Assistant at LACURA Health & Social Care is varied and largely depends on the client you will be working with. Everything we do is designed to help our clients live happy, independent lives.
Care Assistant – You:The clients you will be visiting every day have a wide range of care needs, personalities, and lifestyles. We are looking for carers who are empathetic, understanding, and compassionate, to provide the award-winning care we pride ourselves on to enrich clients' lives every day. You might be a care assistant already, may have cared for a family member or friend previously. Our experience within the Health & Social Care sector has shown us that previous experience simply is not necessary to become a fantastic carer. We will give you all the tools and training you require to excel at what you do.
We will be interested in speaking with people who are:
- Compassionate, reliable and genuinely caring
- Someone who wants to make a difference to the life of a stranger
- No previous care experience is required as full pre-employment training is provided
- A reliable individual
