We have been retained by a global consulting client (Circa $600 Million turnover) who are looking to expand their consulting practice in the UK and hire experienced senior level consultancy practitioners used to achieving multi-million revenue targets.
We are looking for Industry/capability leaders/consultants that can deliver an £8M – £10M book of business within 3 years and can develop/bring a team of consultants in their specialist area of delivery.
On passing probation, growth shares will be issued, en route to achieving your initial equity partner status, which can be triggered by hitting predefined revenue/profit targets.
Once your business plan is achieved over the 3-year period, a special bonus is awarded against the growth shares.
This is a highly lucrative and rewarding structure that has been designed to attract top-tier talent into the business. We are looking for individuals who can lead and drive a business unit, and depending on committed numbers, can achieve a base remuneration of up to £400K and significant bonuses.
