We have been retained by aglobal consulting client (Circa $600 Mllion turnover) who arelooking to expand their consulting practice in the UK and hire experiencedsenior level consultancy practitioners used to achieving multi million revenue targets.
We are looking for Industry/capability leaders/consultantsthat can deliver an £8M - £10M book of business within 3 years and can develop/bring a team of consultants in their specialistarea of delivery.
On passing probation growth shares will be issued, En route to achieving your number initial equity partner status can be triggered by hittingpre defined Revenue/Profit targets.
Once your business plan is achieved over the 3 year period aspecial bonus is awarded against the growth shares.
This is a highly lucrative and rewarding structure that has been designed to attract top tier talent into the business.
We are looking for individuals who can lead and drive a business unit and depending on committednumbers can achieve a base remuneration of upto 400K and achieve significant Bonuses.
