Location: Hybrid in London or Manchester, with on-site work at client locations as required.
Role Purpose: Deliver OT cyber security services focused on securing industrial systems (ICS/SCADA).
Responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships
- Overseeing delivery teams
- Supporting business development
- Contributing to the expansion of global OT capabilities alongside the OT Director
Required Skills:
- Expertise in OT cyber security (ICS, SCADA, IT/OT convergence)
- Familiarity with industry frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443
- Ability to assess, design, and implement industrial security controls
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering client reports
- Understanding of OT-specific threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies
- Willingness to support global teams and travel to client sites
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Relevant certifications such as GIAC GICSP, IEC 62443
- Experience delivering OT projects within critical national infrastructure environments
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 LI/LA
- Degree in a STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to build and manage teams
