We are working with a global business who are currently building out their ServiceNow Clearskye IAM integration and are looking for support from an external consultant to help implement and configure.
Experience Required:
- Experience in Admin, Configuration & Development related activities in ServiceNow - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Asset management, CMDB, Service Requests, SLM & Virtual Agent.
- Experience with IAM modules specifically Clear Skye identity governance and admin software (mandatory requirement).
- Experience on non-ITSM modules e.g., ITOM, ITBM, HRSD & CSM.
- Experience with integrations with Oracle Fusion & Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SQL, HTML and CSS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Working on UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
- Developing ESS page - Content Management.
- Writing various Server-side scripts using Script Includes.
- Used ACLs for controlling the security mechanism in ServiceNow.
- Exposure to SOAP and REST API integration.
- Exposure to SNOW Integration with Monitoring Solutions.
- Experience in ServiceNow Discovery configuration and data management.
- Develops the technical solutions, implements them and performs the component integration tests.
- Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.
- Work on platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
