The Impact You’ll Make:
As our Sales Development Representative, you will serve as the face of Lacuna; driving revenue growth, qualifying and allocating inbound opportunities to the sales team, and maintaining operational excellence across our sales pipeline from first contact to delivery.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to provide a professional and efficient service process across our digital and in-person industry channels. In this role, you will drive business growth by managing the inbound process; qualifying high-potential prospects through discovery and relationship building. You will play a critical role across the commercial lifecycle—managing NDAs, issuing quotes and invoices, and maintaining clean CRM data that directly informs commercial decision-making.
You must bring a technical curiosity for IoT solutions or an ability to learn about technical device specs to converse credibly with prospective clients. You are a proactive communicator who thrives on building lasting partner relationships with an ability to work across the sales team to achieve the best sale outcomes and revenue opportunities.

- Prior experience with tools such as Copper CRM (or equivalent CRM system).
- Experience assisting with complex proposals and strategic partnership building.
