We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to support business performance through accurate reporting, forecasting and profitability analysis. This role plays a key part in delivering financial insight, supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools.
Redhill, Surrey | Hybrid Working (2 days from home)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead month-end FP&A activities, ensuring accuracy of reporting, forecasting and performance metrics.
- Deliver monthly variance analysis, logistics reporting and customer/product profitability analysis.
- Manage forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Maintain customer pricing data and reporting structures.
- Support subsidiary reporting requirements and liaise with Group Finance on reporting tool enhancements.
- Provide commercial analysis, scenario modelling and financial business cases.
- Support new product launches by assessing financial opportunities and risks.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support delivery of financial objectives.
- Lead reporting and forecasting system improvements.
About You
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior finance, FP&A or financial analysis role.
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and Power Query experience desirable.
- Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- FMCG experience advantageous but not essential.
