- Your Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the London Head Office, managing deliveries, post, courier collections, stationery orders, reception duties, and helping maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
- Facilities & Office
Operations: Support facilities management activities, coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with external suppliers, and help ensure office services run smoothly for all departments.
- Health & Safety
Coordination: Assist with Health & Safety administration, including inductions, documentation, compliance tracking, and communications, while supporting the Office Manager in maintaining a safe workplace.
- Projects & Office
- Move
Support: Contribute to key business projects, including the upcoming office move, by supporting documentation, inventories, supplier coordination to ensure a seamless transition.
- Events & Team
Experience: Support the organisation of team meetings, training sessions, HQ visits, sample sales, and social events, helping to deliver a positive employee experience across the business.
