As a Store Manager you will lead the entire store operation, responsible to ensure the growth of profitable sales through achieving and exceeding financial targets and KPIs. The Store Manager will be a brand ambassador; endorsing the Lacoste behavioural values in order to lead, develop and manage an outstanding team who consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience. They act as a key support for the UK business to promote the brand position and achieve the brand vision - to become a unique premium & sport inspired brand, improving profitability and desirability while respecting the company’s values.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in leading a retail store from any industry
- Extensive experience in people management in services and/or retail
- Willing to endorse the Lacoste Values to the highest standard
- Able to understand, interpret and communicate internal financial results and KPIs
- Able to use data to drive key decisions and implement new improvement methodologies
