Your responsibilities π
π HR Administration : Manages the employee life cycle administration, ensuring accurate input of data into the HR systems and documentation in a timely manner.
π Payroll Support : Assists the Payroll Advisor with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll. Answering payroll queries and all things payroll related.
π Talent Acquisition Support : Assists on the recruitment process for Retail and HQ staff, including drafting and posting job adverts on the relevant platforms, screening and setting up interviews.
π Play as a Team : Contributes to the whole teamβs success and advocate for a positive, productive and inclusive work culture. Build strong relationships across HQ and Retail.

πHR generalist: You are experienced as an HR Administrator or similar role and enjoy wearing many hats. Retail experience is highly desirable.

π You have the experience to add value: You might currently be a HR Administrator or Assistant or similar, able to multitask across supporting the HR team, youβll be confident with employment contracts, letters and reporting.
