Brand Specialist role at Lacoste. Pop-up activation at Selfridges, London. Location: Selfridges, London. Contract: 24 hours/week. Duration: 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Premium Customer Service: Connecting customers to our iconic brand by providing an exceptional experience through greeting, listening, and assisting customers.
- Build customer relationships: Go above and beyond to exceed expectation through the offer of additional services, encouraging customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Brand Specialist: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand\βs products, materials, heritage, and history to share with customers through inspirational storytelling.
- Achieve Business Targets: Ensure sales animation by achieving and exceeding daily objectives/targets.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to enhance the customer\βs purchase by recommending complementary products.
- Manage Transactions: Ensure smooth, accurate, and efficient processing of purchases and returns, ensuring all customers are approached and offered the available services.
- Maintain Brand Image: Maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with Lacoste standards, to uphold the brand\βs standards
- Visual Merchandising: Take pride in ownership; adhering to proper housekeeping standards on the sales floor
- Stock Management: Respect and follow stock policy standards for efficient sales management
- Store Standards: Monitor stock replenishment and control standards
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, including health and safety standards.
- Business Reporting: Develop a strong relationship with the line manager and report weekly/monthly on business performance.
