The Role

  • Lead a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors, including owner-managed businesses, corporate groups, and not-for-profit organisations.
  • Take responsibility for technical quality and file review, supporting managers and seniors with complex areas of judgement.
  • Contribute to business development and the growth of the audit portfolio, with support from Partners.
  • Play an active part in the recruitment, development, and retention of the audit team.
  • Work closely with Partners on succession planning and the longer-term development of the service line.

About You

  • Qualified, with significant post-qualification experience in practice audit.
  • Experienced at Director or Senior Manager level with a genuine audit portfolio and team leadership track record.
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with the ability to advise clients and support your team.
  • A calm, credible senior presence with the interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and develop your people.
