Overview of the Role: As a Support Assistant at Edsential, you will play a key role in maintaining the quality, cleanliness, and smooth running of the Conway Centre. You’ll support several teams across the site, including:

  • Housekeeping: changing beds, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and communal areas.
  • Catering: preparing food, washing dishes, serving meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene.
  • Maintenance: basic practical tasks such as sweeping yards, painting, and general upkeep.
