Are you a passionate Catering Supervisor or a Kitchen Assistant looking for a progression opportunity? If so, this role is for you and we'd love you to join our fantastic team based in schools across Cheshire West and Chester, Wirral, Halton, Flintshire. If successful, you will be supporting the Catering operations in running the service at Cathcart Street Primary School. You’ll be representing both Edsential and our school to ensure that all pupils have the best quality food and customer experience. Responsibilities:- Preparing and presenting food to a high standard of hygiene and safe practice.
- Completion of all kitchen administration, i.e. Health and Safety Checks, Allergen Management.
- Work to maintain accurate records and ensure kitchen targets are met, i.e. stock control, food orders, quality assurance.
- Manage relationships with School Staff such as Teachers, Business Managers and Head Teachers.
- Management of kitchen staff i.e. processing timesheets, absence management and probation meetings.
- Paid training and development opportunities.
