We are an independent promoter, curator, and production company who have become synonymous with staging pioneering live music experiences in unique spaces. We are an independent, hands-on team, always seeking to deliver exceptional events. We all share a deep passion for music, we love live events and try to maintain an attention to detail in everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support to the marketing team.
  • End to end marketing campaigns for shows across all brand touch points, from announcement to post show communications.
  • Coordinate with artists' teams for creative approvals, announcement timelines, and marketing efforts to drive ticket sales.
  • Asset management, uploading assets to platforms and coordinating with paid social agency.
  • Email marketing using Klaviyo - building email campaigns and audience segmenting.
  • Assist in social media post ideation, asset curation & delivery.
  • Posting across Labyrinth’s social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and X.
  • Content creation - User Generated Content capture at our events & social first on-site content capture.
  • Collating image and video content banks post show.
  • Community management - replying to comments & direct messages on social media channels.
  • Data management - ensuring customer data is up-to-date and GDPR compliant.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, linking digital results with audience engagement and ticket sales data.
  • Assist in developing Labyrinth’s community.
  • Ad hoc marketing tasks such as ordering flyers and wristbands.

Skills / Experience

  • 1-2 years of previous marketing experience.
  • A passion for marketing and an interest in driving tangible results through digital marketing.
  • Ability to manage your own time efficiently and work to deadlines.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a small, entrepreneurial team.
  • Experience using marketing & organisational tools such as Klaviyo, Later, Dropbox, Asana, and Monday.

You’ll need to have/be

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A solid interest & understanding of the electronic and live music scene and the artists within it.
  • An interest in digital marketing and an ambition to learn and grow within the Labyrinth team.
  • You must hold the right to work and live in the UK.
  • A creative who can bring innovative ideas to market our events.
