The Role
We're looking for a talented Graphic & Motion Designer with a passion for music, culture and live events to join our marketing team.
You'll help shape the visual identity of our events from the first announcement through to show day, creating artwork, video assets, social content and on-site graphics seen by hundreds of thousands of people.
This role suits someone who has excellent design fundamentals, enjoys working across both static and video, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment where no two projects are the same.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating engaging promotional assets across social media, digital advertising and paid campaigns.
- Designing artwork for concerts, festivals and live events.
- Editing high-impact short-form video content using artist footage and live event content.
- Producing motion graphics and animations in After Effects.
- Creating asset variations including lineup updates, sold out graphics, artist announcements and campaign refreshes.
- Preparing artwork for print and large-format production, including signage, merchandise, site maps and event collateral.
- Working across our festivals and flagship events to deliver cohesive visual campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Collaborating closely with the wider creative, marketing, ops, and bookings teams while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for music, live events and an understanding of electronic music.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual taste and typography.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, In Design and Premiere Pro.
- Experience creating engaging short-form video content for social media.
- Excellent understanding of layout, composition, typography and design principles.
- Strong artworking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional time-management capabilities and an ability to prioritise tasks and workload, effectively managing multiple deadlines without any compromise to quality.
- 2+ years of experience.

- Experience working within music, events or entertainment brands.
- Experience developing event branding or campaign identities.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital-first creative.
- Experience preparing artwork for print production and large-format environments.
- Illustration / 3D skills.
