Technology Networks (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team. The successful candidate will support staff across three brands – Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News, will be highly organised and will also be expected to have excellent communication skills as well as possessing good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Experience
- 1 year of experience in sales support preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
- Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance is an asset
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

- Primary focus: providing result reports to clients and serving as main point of contact for core products across Technology Networks, The Scientist, and Drug Discovery News
- Email campaigns for Technology Networks, The Scientist and Drug Discovery News
- Landing Page campaigns for The Scientist and Drug Discovery News
- Webinar and Online Symposia results for The Scientist and Drug Discovery News
- Video content uploading to the Technology Networks website, and cover for products, banners and supplier hub pages
- Providing cover for the creation of media plans for Technology Networks
- Working closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams
- Maintaining client communication
- Data cleansing
