Custom Content Creator - Science Writer (Remote)
The UK Head Office is located in Sudbury, Suffolk.
This role is open to eligible UK and Canadian-based candidates and is a remote working role.

As a member of our Custom Content team, you’ll use your creativity, writing skills, and technical expertise to produce high-quality content for our clients who are leading companies in the scientific industry.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a scientific background who wants to establish themselves as a content creation expert within the digital scientific marketing space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality custom scientific content across different topic areas and formats (e.g., articles, eBooks, infographics, videos).
- Write concise, engaging promotional copy for landing pages, email campaigns and social media.
- Host or participate in video content, including interviews and webinars
- Provide proofing and editing support for the team.
- Collaborate with our graphic designers to create visually appealing, scientifically accurate pieces.
- Communicate effectively with scientists, clients and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- Strong scientific writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Ability to adapt writing style and tone to suit different clients and content formats.
- Excellent project and time management skills; able to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, especially within a remote or hybrid team setup.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
- Confident on camera as host, moderator, or interviewer.
Education & Experience:
- Degree in biology, chemistry, or a related discipline (a PhD is preferable but not required).
- Experience writing scientific content.
- Project management is a benefit.

- Experience in a client-facing or commercial content creation role.
- Background in scientific marketing or digital publishing.
