Technology Networks, (a LabX Media Group Company) is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a small but vibrant sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide result reports to clients
- Act as the main point of contact for pay-per-lead promotions for Technology Networks, The Scientist & Drug Discovery News
- Manage results for eNewsletter and Featured Article promotions for Technology Networks
- Upload product and video content to the Technology Networks website
- Pull results for these promotions
- Cover for all results and media plans across Technology Networks
- Chase list for eNewsletters
- Work closely with the Sales and eMarketing teams
- Maintain client communication
- Perform data cleansing
Qualifications
- Support staff across three brands: Technology Networks, The Scientist, and Drug Discovery News
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused with strong customer service skills
- Enthusiasm and self-motivation
- Good knowledge of Excel
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, preferably in publishing, digital media, or a related industry
- Experience with digital and print advertising operations, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting on ad placements and campaign performance
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills
