Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Demonstrate your exceptional ability to accurately price projects, ensuring both feasibility and profitability.
- Project Management: Take charge of coordinating all aspects of our electrical and mechanical contracts, ensuring smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Supervision: Collaborate with supervisors and oversee teams of engineers, electricians, and apprentices, offering guidance, support, and motivation.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, enforce best practices, produce RAMS, and guide teams toward accident-free project completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Contracts Manager or in a supervisory role within the building services industry.
- Proven track record in estimating electrical and mechanical project costs.
- Extensive experience in project management, guiding teams toward achieving project objectives on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, able to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Existing connections within the building services sector will be a significant advantage.
