Who are we?
LABS are a family-owned business based in the Sheffield area specialising in structural waterproofing, basement conversions and damp proofing. We always operate with integrity and aim to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction which has led to the fast growth of the business. To help with service demand, we are looking for site operatives who are a good fit for the company culture.
Joining the LABS team will include:
- Competitive basic salary depending on experience
- 20 days annual leave

Job role:
- Excavation and spoil removal.
- Installing tanking and waterproofing systems (training provided).
- Performing set up and clean up tasks on job sites.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience and/or a strong work ethic and hunger to learn.
- Domestic, social housing experience (preferable)
- Full driving licence and vehicle (required)
