Your New Role: Build the infrastructure that proves what is real. Labrys is a UK technology company building Axiom, a platform designed to help organisations verify information from the real world and coordinate trusted networks in complex environments. In an era of synthetic media, manipulated imagery and contested information environments, the ability to prove that something actually happened is becoming critical infrastructure. Our platform enables trusted individuals and teams to capture cryptographically verifiable observations, where time, location, device provenance and capture integrity are recorded at source. This creates a tamperâresistant chain of evidence from the ground, allowing organisations to make decisions based on information that can be independently verified. The technology is already being deployed in operational environments across government, humanitarian and international organisations. We are building the next generation of this capability through PEAKS, our cryptographic assurance framework.
What will keep you challenged: Labrys is building a small, highly capable team working on difficult technical and operational problems. Our work sits at the intersection of:
- applied cryptography
- distributed systems
- realâworld information verification
- operational software
We care about technical excellence, intellectual honesty and execution. This is not a large corporate environment. We hire carefully and expect people to take ownership of serious problems.
Which skills / traits will contribute to your success: What we look for. Across all roles we look for people who:
- enjoy solving difficult problems
- take responsibility for outcomes
- value precision and correctness in their work
- are comfortable operating in high-trust environments
Many of the problems we are solving did not exist five years ago, and the solutions require people who are comfortable thinking from first principles.
Why us? Our mission: The world is entering a period where the distinction between reality and synthetic information is becoming increasingly blurred. Labrys exists to build the infrastructure that allows organisations to verify what is real, coordinate trusted networks and act with confidence in complex environments. If you are interested in working on problems that sit at the intersection of technology, security and realâworld operations, we would like to hear from you.
