Salary: £56,526.71 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £63,586.70 over the next 3 years.
Current employees in banding 38-44 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Political Liaison Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the strategic plans for Government engagement across a range of political audiences. It will develop new channels for collaboration and drive joined-up working across Government and Labour Party colleagues, ensuring key political stakeholders are engaged effectively.
The successful candidate will have knowledge of the UK political and governmental environment and the relationship between No.10, Government Departments, Parliament and the Labour Party, understanding of how stakeholder insight can inform policy, political strategy and communications, significant experience of developing and delivering stakeholder engagement or political engagement strategies and an ability to coordinate activity across the PLP, Party, Government and other teams, and maintain a clear overview of multiple political stakeholder relationships.
