Salary:
£56,526.71 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £63,586.70 over the next 3 years.
Current employees in banding 38-44 will maintain their existing salary.

The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Communities Liaison Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for supporting the development of strategic plans to ensure the Leader’s political priorities are supported through engagement across key communities, collaborating across government and the Labour Party to ensure there is effective engagement, and communication between the government and Black and minority ethnic communities.
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the experiences, priorities and diversity of Black and minority ethnic communities across the UK, knowledge of community engagement, partnership working and relationship-building with representative bodies, experience of developing and delivering engagement strategies or programmes and experience of coordinating work across multiple teams, organisations, the Labour Party’s stakeholder team or Government Departments.
