Salary: £56,526.71 (gross) per annum inclusive of London Weighting, with a fixed sum allowance of £1,195. There is the ability to progress to £63,586.70 over the next 3 years.
Current employees in banding 38-44 will maintain their existing salary.

Duration: 1 Year Fixed Term Contract and for the period only that Andy Burnham is Leader of the Labour Party and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.There is the potential for the contract to be extended.
The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Campaign Liaison Manager. The post-holder will be responsible for ensuring joined up communication and engagement between Government, the Parliamentary Labour Party and the wider Party around Government policy and the Leader’s priorities. The role holder will manage key political projects and support collaborative working between internal and external audiences, helping to deliver effective Labour Party campaigns.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of political communications, campaigning and message development, understanding the roles and communication needs of MPs, Mayors, elected representatives and their staff, knowledge of how Government policy and delivery can be translated into clear and persuasive public-facing messages and an ability to develop audience-focused engagement approaches and identify effective ways to communicate with different stakeholder networks.
