A fantastic opportunity has become available for Warehouse Operatives to join our clients busy team in Royston during their busiest time of year.
We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to work as part of a team, helping to ensure products are accurately picked, packed and labelled ready for delivery.
There are three shift patterns available, offering some flexibility depending on your availability.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
- Picking products accurately according to customer orders
- Packing and labelling products ready for dispatch
- Checking products for quality and reporting any damage or discrepancies
- Preparing orders for delivery
- Loading and unloading goods where required
- Replenishing stock and keeping storage areas organised
- Moving materials safely around the warehouse
- Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
- Following all health and safety procedures
The role can involve heavy lifting, loading and unloading, and being on your feet for long periods, so you will need to be comfortable with physical work.

Day Shift:
MondayThursday: 7.00am3.00pm
Friday: 7.00am2.30pm
Late Shift:
MondayThursday: 9.00am5.00pm
Friday: 9.00am4.30pm
Evening Shift:
TuesdayThursday: 2.00pm10.00pm
Friday: 1.30pm9.00pm xgikmsk
Saturday: shift applies
Pay
Over 21: £12.80 per hour
Overtime: £19.20 per hour after 39.5 hours
Under 21: £11.00 per hour
Overtime: £16.50 per hour after 39.5 hours

Previous warehouse or logistics experience would be an advantage, but we are particularly interested in people who are:
