We are currently recruiting Picker Packers/Production Operatives on behalf of a leading contract packing business based in Ely. Due to increased seasonal demand, we are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join the team from June through to Christmas. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing seasonal work within a busy and friendly production environment, supporting the packaging and assembly of products for some of the UK's leading brands. The company specialises in gift packs, confectionery, food and drink products, promotional displays, and retail packaging solutions, operating from a modern facility on the outskirts of Ely.

The Role

As a Picker Packer / Production Operative, you'll be responsible for supporting production and packing operations to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packing products into retail and promotional packaging
  • Picking components and materials for production lines
  • Quality checking finished products
  • Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
  • Building gift packs and promotional displays
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
