General Labourer

This role is primarily focused on casing and finishing precast concrete elements. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation and set-up of concrete moulds (casing) Apply release agents and ensure proper mould cleanliness Place and secure rebar or reinforcement materials as needed Pour, level, and finish concrete according to specifications Perform patching, grinding, and other finishing tasks to meet quality standards Demold and clean finished products safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Perform other general labour duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: Previous experience in concrete, construction, or general labour is an asset Familiarity with precast concrete …
