The Role
You'll be responsible for setting, programming and operating CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality timber products. Duties will include:
- Programming and operating 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery
- Machine setup and tooling changes
- Reading technical drawings and specifications
- Quality checking finished products
- Identifying and resolving machining issues
- Maximising machine efficiency and minimising downtime
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- CNC programming, setting and operating experience
- Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis machinery
- Manufacturing, woodworking, joinery, furniture or timber experience
- Strong attention to detail
- A proactive approach to quality and efficiency
- Experience with Xilog Plus or X-Door software would be advantageous but is not essential.
