Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Senior Service Engineer to join their team, someone who can play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across complex refrigeration systems. This is a great opportunity for a senior-level engineer who thrives in both hands-on and leadership scenarios. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing proactive support through routine site visits and remote troubleshooting
- Maintaining high service delivery standards across commercial and industrial sites
- Working closely with the Head of Service and Engineering Supervisor to train and develop junior engineers
- Acting as a key contact for clients, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
- Upholding the highest levels of health and safety compliance at all times
What You’ll Need to Bring:
- Solid background in large commercial or industrial refrigeration (CO2 and Freon essential; Ammonia experience desirable)
- Proven experience in a senior or lead engineering position
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- A hands-on mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Full UK driving licence
