Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion safe working practices in line with the company's Health and Safety policy
  • Support production teams with quality feedback and process improvements
  • Investigate internal and customer non-conformances, including root cause analysis and CAPA
  • Create and maintain inspection plans for production
  • Prepare quality documentation (e.g. PSW, Certificates of Conformity, Control Plans, SPC)
  • Liaise with customers regarding quality concerns and corrective actions
  • Conduct product audits and internal quality training
  • Maintain traceability and documentation in accordance with AS9100 QMS
  • Oversee supplier quality, subcontract product inspections, and calibration management
  • Support 5S implementation across manufacturing
  • Deliver in-house quality training where necessary

What You'll Need:

  • Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
  • Proven track record of handling non-conformances and continuous improvement processes
  • Audit experience (internal or external)
  • Experience managing a QMS or supporting supplier quality is highly desirable
  • Inspection and calibration experience is advantageous
