Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and dynamic department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
  • Drafting wills and providing will-writing services.
  • Advising on Court of Protection matters.
  • Estate and care fees planning to help clients protect their assets.
  • Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
  • Managing probate and estate administration.
  • Advising on charitable giving and trusts.
  • Providing guidance on inheritance tax planning and investment strategies.
  • Handling deputyship applications and related legal matters.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on clear communication and empathy.
