Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their busy and dynamic department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who can confidently manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a broad range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
- Drafting wills and providing will-writing services.
- Advising on Court of Protection matters.
- Estate and care fees planning to help clients protect their assets.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA).
- Managing probate and estate administration.
- Advising on charitable giving and trusts.
- Providing guidance on inheritance tax planning and investment strategies.
- Handling deputyship applications and related legal matters.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client law.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
